How to prepare:

1) Boil 2 cups of spring water with 1/2 to 1 full tablespoon of the blend in a stainless steel pot.

2) Turn the hob down to the lowest heat and simmer for 15 minutes and strain it to get a liquid result. Drink twice a day. The blend can be used 1-2 times after the first use so don't throw away the herbs after first time use.
